Limited Doc: Borrowers states their income but is not required to document the income. Employment or Self Employment is still verified.

No Ratio: No income is used to qualify borrower. There is no debt ratio. Employment or Self Employment is still verified

No Doc: No Employment or income is used to qualify borrower.
